The domed canopy attaches snugly via Velcro to most standard and sleigh cribs. Setup is easy--almost like a tent--and once on it discourages toddlers from climbing, falling, and wandering. If you have a climbing toddler not yet ready for a toddler bed, the Crib Tent II bridges the gap and will have parents, and child, resting easier. Crib rails can be lowered and bumper pads can still be used. The soft full zipper allows quick access to the crib, and it is compact and lightweight for travelling. POOR CONSTRUCTION : Tots In Mind Cozy Crib Tent II 1, White
We normally only give positive reviews and just ignore the lousy products, but this product really deserves to be criticized. The construction on this tent is so poor, that it is absolutely criminal how the company, "Tots In Mind", gets away with charging the kind of money that they do. Unfortunately, as one other reviewer pointed out, "Tots In Mind" has the corner on the market for these types of tents. If "Tots In Mind" really cared about their customers who use their products ----- the children, they would have made sure that the tent was sturdy. We only put up the tent 7 days ago, and it's already falling apart (i.e. stitching coming apart, netting weakened due to fraying, etc)! We give the crib tent a star for concept ----- good idea, but VERY POOR execution. In spite of our best efforts to keep the tent intact, we figure it is only a matter of time before any intelligent toddler under three-years figures out how to pull the netting apart, thus easing their escape ----much to their parent's horror. What we'd like to know is this: who came up with the construction of this crib tent? Obviously someone who is absolutely clueless as the ways of the children this tent is intended for and/or someone who was just thinking of the company's profit margin.
